                                                                   Lauren was born and raised in San Diego, Ca. She is a former competitive Gymnast, Swimmer, Water Polo Player, and springboard Diver. Lauren accomplished many awards during the years including: Captain of multiple sports teams, MVP, Most Inspirational and Diver of the year. Miss Way has been described as a compassionate, hard-working, positive individual who enjoys helping others succeed. Lauren started her Personal Training journey in 2007 at 24 Hour Fitness in Carlsbad. In addition to aspiring to change lives, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She especially loves activities involving the sun, water, and a cute bikini!
